General fee schedule:
Initial intake/ exam: $220 ~ Please reserve at least 90min
Follow up: varies 0- $150 Generally 30-60min

Typical types of visits: New Patient, Physical Exam, Report of Findings, Acute Concern, Physical Medicine, School Physicals, Woman's Health, Men's Health, Annual Checkup Blood Work & PE -"yearly check up/wellness visit"     

Often, many cases start with a few, closely spaced (1-2/week), visits that taper off over a few months as you gain mastery with your health concerns. Then as acute concerns or annual checkups arise we can help with that too.
 
     - We service wellness plans from young to high mileage.

Lab pricing: * cost varies *

- Basic blood: (CBC, CMP, Lipids)
- Expanded blood: (HbA1c, Vit-D3, Thyroid, Anemia)
- Health Panel: above plus relevant cardio/diabetes risk profiles
- GI panel w/O&P
- Hormone profile
- Adrenal profile

We may also recommend nutrient, allergen, and or heavy metal testing depending on your case.

Draw Site: We can schedule to draw your blood - phlebotomy - on site for a $20 fee.

Offsite blood draws, offered in many Safeway stores, may be arranged with Quest Diagnostics lab and scheduled as needed.

Quest also offers results via their web porthole if you sign up for an account with them.

Sauna: $25/30min, pkg of (10) $200 - $10 add on to any massage/physical therapy session.

Yearly health and wellness: Physical Exam (PE) and Annual Blood work (CBC,CMP,Lipid)

Changes with the seasons: general check up Fasting, allergies, stretching and eating for the seasons.

Women's Health/ Men's Health

Kids under 12 years: 1/2 price off office visits

Corp Health Panel: (PE), Above labs - plus genetic testing, urinary organic acids etc... I.e. The Works!

A Note about immunizations: Colorado naturopathic doctor law, scope of practice, limits administration to those over 18 years of age. Generally, we refer those interested in receiving doses to a local pharmacy as they maintain “fresh stock” in a majority of the compounds... allowing them to schedule on shorter notice, and more easily update your Immunization Records with the Colorado Department of Health Database
