Holistic Therapies LLC, its staff and providers, are considered to be a Covered Entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and is compliant with all applicable rules and regulations of HIPAA. Holistic Therapies LLC is committed to keeping all protected health information (PHI) that we may receive from or with respect to our customers private and secure. As a company, we require that all employees sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment and we train all employees on the HIPAA requirements. 
Holistic Therapies LLC is committed to keeping all PHI and sensitive personal information secure and to ensuring our systems and procedures are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and is specifically committed to:

• Continuing to develop safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to PHI;
• Abiding by the requirement to encrypt PHI; and
• Maintaining a secure environment for PHI.
• Conntact patient whth any HIPAA/PHI status updates, including release of records requests.
